FAQ

Practical answers for property photographers.

What Apollo is building, who it is for, and how to join early access — for UK property photography businesses.

About Apollo

What is Apollo?

Apollo is software built specifically for UK property photographers. It brings bookings, scheduling, team management, client communication, media delivery and invoicing together in one platform — so you can run your business from one place instead of juggling disconnected tools.

Who is Apollo for?

Solo photographers, growing teams and larger providers. Whether you shoot alone or manage multiple photographers and office staff, Apollo is designed to support the way property photography businesses actually work.

Is Apollo a marketplace?

No. Apollo is software — not a marketplace. Your clients stay yours. You set your pricing and workflow. We do not list jobs, set your rates, or take a cut of work you deliver.

Is Apollo fully launched?

Apollo is in active development. Access is invite-based while Apollo is in development. Join early access — no payment is taken today.

Getting started

How do I get access?

Join early access from the header or the register interest page. We will email when early access opens. Existing team members can sign in.

Can I sign up publicly today?

Public signup is not open yet. Join early access — we'll email when your invite is ready.

Can I talk to someone before access opens?

Yes — register interest or email us via the Contact page. We can discuss your workflow and whether Apollo is the right fit before you commit time to a new system.

Will onboarding and training feel approachable?

Yes. Apollo is being shaped with feedback from property photographers across the UK. Early access is designed to be practical — we want you using Apollo on practical property photography workflows, not buried in configuration.

Pricing & billing

Can I buy a subscription today?

Subscriptions are not available yet. Planned pricing only — not charged today. No payment is taken today.

What tiers are planned?

Free for very light use, Solo for independent photographers, Teams for growing businesses, and Provider (coming soon) for larger property media providers. See the Pricing page for planned figures.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes. Apollo is designed so you can move from Solo to Teams or Provider as your business grows — without changing platforms.

Do you take a cut of my jobs?

No marketplace fees. Apollo is a monthly SaaS subscription model when billing launches — not a commission on your client work.

Using the product

Can Apollo replace several disconnected tools?

That is the goal. Instead of email, calendars, file shares, spreadsheets and separate invoicing, Apollo connects bookings, scheduling, production, media delivery and invoicing on one platform.

Do my clients get portal access?

Yes. Clients can place orders, view order history, track progress, download completed media, leave notes and access everything through a single login.

Does Apollo support teams?

Yes. Teams includes staff directory, roles, diary assignments, production queues and shared visibility. Solo stays focused on what one photographer needs.

Is pricing configurable?

Yes. Itemised services, Extras and combinations at workspace level, with per-client and per-branch overrides where commercial terms differ.
